NCRMA, a professional association for the retail industry, is at the table in the Governor’s Operations Center and works with the state’s Emergency Management Office to maintain clear lines of communication with the retail community maintaining and ensure we are using all information in the most efficient way.
Our goal is to help consumers and our retail members weather any storm with as little damage as possible. The key is preparation.
